Tungamah Information Centre

The Tungamah Information Centre is situated just down from the silos. If you’re viewing the silos and turn around you can’t miss it.
The opening hours are 11:00am to 2:00pm and it is only open on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, Except for Christmas Day and Easter Sunday. The Information Centre is also open to touring groups by appointment, outside of these hours, by email to John at heather.tyrrell@bigpond.com or Roger at roger.tozer@iinet.net.au.

Maps & Brouchers

The Information centre is manned by volunteers who will be happy to give you broachers and maps and direct you to places of interest not covered by this literature.

Craft Work

The centre is also a souvenir shop that has many souvenirs of Tungamah and a host of craft work by local people for sale. Sales are by cash or eftpos.

Community Share Table

Situated in front of the information centre is the share table. People are invited to take food stuffs from the table and if they have anything to share to leave there for others to share.
